Exclusion requests for products subject to the $200 Billion Trade Action (List 3) of 301 duties are due by September 30th, 2019. The new exclusion process can be found at exclusions.ustr.gov. Monitor the public docket of 301 exclusion requests through their stages.
On Wednesday, July 31st, the U.S. Trade Representative released the first wave of granted exclusion requests for the second list of of 301 duties ($16 Billion Trade Action). The deadline to submit exclusion requests for goods subject to this trade action was December 18, 2018.
