301 Exclusions | First Wave of List 2 Exclusion Requests Granted

On Wednesday, July 31st, the U.S. Trade Representative released the first wave of granted exclusion requests for the second list of of 301 duties ($16 Billion Trade Action). The deadline to submit exclusion requests for goods subject to this trade action was December 18, 2018.
